Receiving an invitation to the system
When an administrator adds you as a user in Phormic, the system sends you an invitation email so you can set up your account and start using the application.
What you receive
- Email subject: You've been invited to Phormic — access your account
- Sender: Phormic (reply-to: support@phormic.com)
The email explains that your Phormic account has been created and that you need to open a secure setup page to choose your password.
What to do
- Open your email and find the message from Phormic.
- Click the “Set up your account” button in the email.
This opens the account setup page in your browser. - If the button does not work, copy the link shown in the email and paste it into your browser’s address bar.
Important details
- Link expiry: The invitation link is valid for a limited time (typically 24 hours). The exact expiration date and time are shown in the email.
- One-time use: After you set your password and activate your account, the link is no longer valid.
- Unexpected email: If you did not expect this invitation, you can ignore the message. Your account will not be active until you complete the setup.
If you did not receive the email
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Ask your administrator to resend the activation email from the user management section. This generates a new link and invalidates the previous one.
Next step
After opening the link, follow the instructions in Creating a password to set your password and activate your account.
