Number

A Number column stores numeric values per row — for example quantity, price, or score. In addition to the standard options (Name and Private), you can set a Prefix and Suffix so that values are displayed with text before or after the number (e.g. currency symbol, unit).

New column form

When you add a Number column, you configure it in the New column modal.

New column — Number

Name

The Name of the column — this is the label shown in the table header. For example: "Quantity", "Price", "Score".

Prefix

Optional text shown before the number in each cell. For example: a currency symbol ("$", "€"), "~", or "ca. ". The prefix is displayed in the table next to the value.

Suffix

Optional text shown after the number in each cell. For example: a unit (" kg", " m²", " %") or " pcs". The suffix is displayed in the table next to the value.

Private

When Private is on, the column is visible and editable only for selected users and groups. You define who can view and edit the column. Other users will not see or edit this column.
