ID

An ID column is read-only. It displays the system ID of each row — a unique identifier assigned by the system when the row is created. You cannot edit this value. There are no special settings for this type; you only set the column Name and optionally Private.

New column form

When you add an ID column, you configure it in the New column modal.

Name

The Name of the column — this is the label shown in the table header. For example: "ID", "Record ID", "Reference".

Private

When Private is on, the column is visible only for selected users and groups. You define who can view the column. Other users will not see it. (The column itself is read-only; Private controls who can see it.)
