Phormic

Phormic is a system designed to organize and automate processes within organizations where multiple departments collaborate while maintaining operational independence.

The platform enables the creation of clear project structures built on hierarchical elements and flexible data tables. This allows organizations to model their processes according to their own structure — without being constrained by predefined workflows.

Project and Table-Based Structure

Phormic allows the creation of an unlimited number of projects, each containing any number of tables.

Tables provide a structured way to manage multidimensional data in a clear and intuitive format. Elements within tables can be nested, forming multi-level hierarchical trees that reflect real organizational and process dependencies.

The system also enables linking elements across projects and tables, making it possible to build cross-functional relationships without sacrificing team autonomy.

Time and Dependency Management

Phormic supports multiple models for managing time ranges within hierarchical structures — from full independence of elements, to a parent-driven model (where the parent defines the time boundaries), to an aggregated model where the parent’s time range is calculated based on its child elements.

This flexibility allows organizations to adapt planning logic to the nature of each process.

Advanced Automation

Phormic includes a powerful automation engine built around:

  • triggers (events),
  • logical conditions,
  • and effects executed when conditions are met.

Automations can respond to data changes, deadlines, and user actions, and can trigger additional processes — creating a dynamic and scalable operational ecosystem.

Philosophy

Phormic does not impose a way of working — it enables organizations to define their own.

It is a tool for teams that want to consciously design their processes while maintaining a balance between flexibility and control.
